1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "sealjl" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://sealjl.bet and all associated services, games, products, and support channels operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a sealjl account or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile maintained on the sealjl Platform, including the associated PHP wallet balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other incentive offered by sealjl to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency used for all sealjl transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's account that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on sealjl, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the sealjl Platform.

2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access sealjl, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any sealjl applications.

2.3 sealjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players will be notified of material changes via registered email or an in-platform notice.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 To register a sealjl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a sealjl employee or affiliated company.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or other Philippine gaming regulatory bodies.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) sealjl account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 sealjl accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, allow another person to use your account, or operate an account on behalf of a third party.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sealjl login credentials. sealjl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 sealjl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process must be completed successfully before any funds may be withdrawn from your account.

4.2 As part of KYC verification, sealjl may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the sealjl verification team.

4.3 sealjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during routine account reviews or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with sealjl's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

4.5 sealjl aims to complete standard KYC reviews within three (3) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer, and sealjl support will notify you if an extended review period is required.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to your sealjl account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using one of the approved payment methods available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. sealjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time. sealjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your sealjl PHP wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, contact sealjl support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own name — sealjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

sealjl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method. sealjl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

• Withdrawals must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• sealjl may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• In cases of suspected fraud, sealjl may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified via their registered email address.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 sealjl offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 The following general bonus rules apply to all sealjl promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless sealjl expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real money wagers and/or bonus money as specified per promotion — free spin winnings contributions are subject to individual promotion terms.
• Games may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100% for slots, lower or zero contribution for table games) toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• sealjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where abuse or exploitation is suspected.

6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated software, exploitation of game malfunctions, or coordinated play patterns designed to generate low-risk wagering toward bonus completion — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Each game available on sealjl is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understand the applicable game rules.

7.2 All sealjl slot games, table games, and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio environments.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — sealjl will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. sealjl's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 sealjl strictly prohibits the use of external software tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated mechanisms to influence game outcomes or exploit game mechanics. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8 Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sealjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the sealjl Platform, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sealjl.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt sealjl's systems, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or game malfunctions for personal gain without immediately reporting the issue to sealjl support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sealjl staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 sealjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress. sealjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, available immediately from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your sealjl account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to help manage your gaming spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session alerts after a defined period to encourage regular breaks from play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified period.

9.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, sealjl strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from a qualified counselling service. Responsible gaming support is available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming program and related Philippine support organizations.

9.3 sealjl will not deliberately target marketing communications at Players who have activated responsible gaming restrictions or who have self-excluded. If you receive any such communication in error, please contact sealjl support immediately.

9.4 The minimum age to play on sealjl is 21 years. sealjl uses age verification as part of the KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 sealjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request, court order, or regulatory directive requiring account closure.

10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, sealjl will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player via their registered email. Balances associated with suspended accounts will be held pending resolution of the investigation.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their sealjl account at any time by contacting sealjl customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements having been fulfilled.

10.4 Inactive account fees: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the sealjl Platform — including but not limited to the sealjl name, logo, game graphics, text, design elements, software, databases, and user interface components — is the exclusive intellectual property of sealjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sealjl Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the sealjl Platform or its content.

11.3 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of sealjl intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sealjl's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 sealjl is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, even if sealjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 sealjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits sealjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 sealjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of sealjl's Privacy Policy.

13.2 sealjl processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have consented). Personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

13.3 sealjl may share Player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or regulatory obligation. Such disclosures are mandatory and do not require Player consent.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt informal resolution by contacting sealjl customer support. sealjl commits to investigating all Player complaints in good faith and providing a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

14.3 For gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate to PAGCOR's Player dispute resolution channels as provided under PAGCOR's regulations governing licensed online gaming operators.

14.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 sealjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://sealjl.bet/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the most recent revision indicated at the top of the document.

15.2 Where sealjl makes material changes to these Terms — changes that meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — sealjl will provide advance notice via registered email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the sealjl Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
